Mai Gai
Mai Gai was an exercise in reimagining a space whilst simultaneously launching a new brand and cuisine into the thriving foodie haven that is Everton Plaza.
Working closely with the new Operator, as well as the creative Branding and Interior Design teams and subsequently the Shopfitter, Mai Gai has been a significant commercial success delivered within budget and on time during the challenging COVID pandemic.

The project brief was the relocation of the bar, uplift in patron seating capacity including the creation of a desirable outdoor dining destination as well as management of customer traffic flow. The installation of skylights was a cost-effective and key feature allowing us to create a sun drenched jungle lunchtime environment.
