Seeking to expand their offer to boost night trade this project was born of the decision to install a pizza oven and thus modify the operational service layout of the venue.
With a focus on the install of new equipment and a cosmetic upgrade to customer service and dining areas, this was a small scale project with a condensed design and construct program.
Manolas Bros now boasts a striking focal point in the mosaic tiled pizza oven and the classic black and white finishes added to the dining areas talk to the European flavour of the brand.
